On November 2, 2007, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued Appendix A of the CFATS which may require your company to submit a "Top-Screen" to the DHS. Review the following Appendix A to determine if your facility possesses the any of the listed chemical in at least the threshold amounts.
